The city council of the City of
Medina has adopted Ordinance
No. 686, an ordinance establishing
a planned unit development (PUD)
district for "Weston Woods of Medi-
na" The ordinance rezones prop-
erty proposed to be subdivided
and developed as Weston Woods
of Medina to planned unit devel-
opment. The ordinance rescinds
Ordinance 887, which established
different standards for the Weston
Woods of Medina PUD, but nev-
er became effective. The subject
property Is located north of High-
way 55 and east of Mohawk Drive
and includes PIDs 0311823130002,
0311823420001, 0311823430005,
and 0311823410001.
The fufl text of the ordinance is
available from the city clerk at Me-
dina city hall during regular busi-
ness hours.
