The city council of the City of
Medina has adopted Ordinance No.
687, an ordinance establishing the
Marsh Pointe Preserve Storm Sew-
er Improvement Tax District. The
tax district applies to the property
within the Marsh Pointe Preserve
plat and development and would
allow the City to acquire, construct,
reconstruct, extend, maintain and
otherwise improve storm sewer
systems and related facilities relat-
ed to the District and to levy a tax
on all taxable property within the
District to finance such activities.
The full text of the ordinance is
available from the city clerk at Me-
dina city hall during regular busi-
ness hours.
