MINUTES
February 18, 1992
INITIATION:
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Pursuant to the Agenda posted February 14, 1992, Chairman
Wilson called the meeting of the Temple City Redevelopment
Agency to order at 10:10 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL:
Present: Members Breazeal, Froehle, Manning, Mc-
Gowan and Wilson
Also Present: Executive Director Ovrom, General Counsel
Martin and Assistant Executive Director
Dawson
3. CONSENT CALENDAR:
Mr. Breazeal moved to approve the Consent Calendar as pre-
sented, seconded by Vice Chairman McGowan and unanimously
carried.
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Regular meeting of February 4,
1992 -
Approved the minutes of the regular meeting of February
4, 1992 as submitted.
B. RESOLUTION NO. CRA 92 -471: WARRANTS & DEMANDS -
Adopted Resolution No. CRA 92 -471, allowing claims and
demands in the amount of $2,765.87.
4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: NONE
5. NEW BUSINESS:
A. CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION -
At 10:24 p.m., the Agency recessed to a closed execu-
tive session pursuant to Government Code Section
54956.9 (A) to confer with its attorney regarding
pending litigation which has been initiated formally
and to which the Agency is a party, the titles of the
litigation are:
Temple City Redevelopment Agency vs. Karvelas
Temple City Redevelopment Agency vs. Loma Linda
Reconvened at 11:30 p.m.

9. ADJOURNMENT:
At 11:30 p.m. it was moved, seconded and unanimously car-
ried to adjourn. The next regularly scheduled meeting of
the Temple City Community Redevelopment Agency will be held
on Tuesday, March 3, 1992.
