A RlrSOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TRUO(EE AUTHORITING AND DIRECTING THE TOWN
MANAGER TO EXECUTE AMENDED AGREEMENT WITH
TRUCKEE-DONNER CHAMBER OF COMMFRCE.
NOW, Tl-l~~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TRUCKI~. CAIIFORN~ that the Town Manager is authorized and
directed to execute the Amended Agreement with the Truckee-Donner Chamber
of Commerce.
The foregoing Resolution was introduced at a Regular Meeting of the
Council of the Town of Truckee, held on the 5th day of August 1993, by Council
Member Cross who moved its adoption, which motion being duly seconded by
Council Member Drake was upon mil call carried and the Resolution adopted by
the following vote:
AYES: Council Members Aguera, Botto, Cross, Drake
and Mayor Eagan
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
