CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 48
A Resolution Requesting Conveyance of
Tax Forfeited Property of Outlot A Cherry Hill Farm
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Medina has considered the matter of tax forfeiture
of Outlot A at Cherry Hills Farms; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the lot holds future public benefit as open
space and for drainage purposes.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Medina hereby
requests the conveyance of Outlot A Cherry Hills Farm for the public purposes above
described and authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk -Treasurer to complete the PT
962.RAR form on behalf of the City Council.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Ferris, Johnson, Theis, Thies, and Zietlow.
and the following voted against same: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
