CALL TO ORDER: Pursuant to the Agenda posted April 17, 1992, Chairman McGowan called the meeting of the Temple City Redevelopment Agency to order at 8:28 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL: Present: Members Breazeal, Budds, and Wilson and McGowan Absent: Member Manning Also Present: Executive Director Ovrom, General Counsel Martin and Assistant Executive Director Dawson Mr. Breazeal moved to excused Mrs. Manning's absence for cause, seconded by Mr. Budds and unanimously carried. A. REORGANIZATION OF AGENCY - Mr. Breazeal moved to confirm Mrs. McGowan, Chairman and Mrs. Manning, Vice Chairman of the Temple City Community Redevelopment Agency pursuant to the Agency By -laws which state the Mayor and Mayor Pro Tempore shall be Chairman and Vice Chairman, respectively, seconded by Mr. Budds and unanimously carried. B. CONVENE AS NEW AGENCY - Mr. Breazeal moved to adopt Resolution No. CRA 92 -476, A RESOLUTION OF THE TEMPLE CITY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ADOPTING A RULE OF PARLIAMENTARY PROCEDURE and Resolution No. CRA 92 -477, A RESOLUTION OF THE TEMPLE CITY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ESTABLISHING A "CONSENT CALENDAR" AGENDA, seconded by Mr. Budds and unanimously carried. 3. CONSENT CALENDAR: Mr. Breazeal moved to approve the Consent Calendar as pre- sented, seconded by Mr. Budds and unanimously carried, with Mr. Budds abstaining on Item A. A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Regular meeting of April 7, 1992 - Approved the minutes of the regular meeting of April 7, 1992 as submitted. Agency Minutes, April 21, 1992 - Page 2 B. RESOLUTION NO. CRA 92 -475: WARRANTS & DEMANDS - Adopted Resolution No. CRA 92 -475, allowing claims and demands in the amount of $149,822.29. 4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: NONE 5. NEW BUSINESS: NONE 6. COMMUNICATIONS: NONE 7. TIME FOR THOSE IN THE AUDIENCE WHO WISH TO SPEAK: NONE 8. MATTERS FROM AGENCY MEMBERS: NONE 9. ADJOURNMENT: At 8:30 p.m. it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried to adjourn.
