CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 96-51
RESOLUTION GRANTING A PERMIT TO U.S. WEST
FOR THE INSTALLATION OF BURIED CABLE ON FOXBERRY FARMS ROAD
WHERAS, U.S. West Communications, Inc. has made an application to the City
requesting permission to place buried cable on Foxberry Farms Road within the City of
Medina.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said application be approved in accordance
with the plans and specifications submitted, subject to the following conditions:
1. The street and right of way shall be restored to its original condition upon completion of
installation and applicant shall be liable for settlement or other damage caused by said
installation for a period of one year following completion.
2. All utilities shall be placed in the utility easement using a joint trench.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Zietlow and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
John Ferris, Jim Johnson, Ann Thies, and Phil Zietlow
and the following voted against same: None. Absent: Anne E. Theis
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
