MINUTES
MAY 19, 1992
INITIATION:
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Pursuant to the Agenda posted May 15, 1992, Chairman McGowan
called the meeting of the Temple City Redevelopment Agency to
order at 8:32 p.m. on Tuesday, May 19, 1992.
2. ROLL CALL:
PRESENT: Members Budds, Wilson, Manning and;McGowan
ABSENT: Member Breazeal
ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director Ovrom, General Counsel
Martin and Assistant Executive Director Dawson
Vice Chairman Manning moved to excuse Mr. Breazeal's absence
for cause, seconded by Mr. Budds and unanimously carried.
3. TIME FOR THOSE IN THE AUDIENCE WHO WISH TO SPEAR: NONE
4. CONSENT CALENDAR:
Mr. Budds moved to approve the Consent Calendar as presented,
seconded by Vice Chairman Manning and unanimously carried.
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Regular Meeting of May 5, 1992
Approved the minutes from the Regular Meeting of May 5,
1992 as submitted.
B. CRA TREASURER'S REPORT, REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE SUMMARY
REPORTS -
Received and filed.
