A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MICHAEL T. MCCOY TO ACT AS ATTORNEY
FOR THE CITY OF MOAB, UTAH, for the purpose of
approving or disapproving the Interlocal Cooperation Agree-
ment creating the Utah Local Governments Trust.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Moab, Utah,
that Michael T. McCoy is hereby appointed special attorney
for this municipality for the purpose of determining whether
the Interlocal Agreement creating the Utah Local Governments
Trust is in proper form and compatible with the laws of the
State of Utah.
