We propose to provide the following materials and services:
1. Environmental analysis, design, reporting, plan preparation, permit application, and site
supervision, for a project to repair the coastal dune at the above referenced property. Includes
mobilization and travel expenses. The estimated working time is 7 days@$600.00/day.
We will conduct a floristic inventory of the entire coastal dune within the Village limits to assess
dune conditions, locate, map, and provide estimated areas of invasive exotic plant infestation,
provide recommendations for exotic plant control, provide estimated plant quantities for
revegetation of areas after removal of exotics (estimated 2 days), and note any other issues we
consider essential to the continuing health of the dune system. We will prepare and present to
Village Council, a Powerpoint presentation, if necessary (estimate 1 day). We will provide written
bid specifications, attend pre -bid and pre construction meetings and secure a FDEP permit on your
behalf for the above work (estimated 2 days), and provide on site supervision for work contracted
to others (estimated 2 days). The fee for these tasks shall not exceed $4,000.00.
Activities are to be coordinated with the Village Public Works Representative, Florida Department of
Environmental Protection Field Agent, Village Coastal Engineering Consultant, and Dade County Marine
Turtle Program Contractor.
PAYMENTS ARE TO BE MADE AS FOLLOW;
on submission of itemized invoice.

The above specifications, conditions, and prices are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. Robert
Barron, or his designate is authorized to do the work as described above. Payment will be made as
outlined above.
