CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.96-58
RESOLUTION CERTIFYING DELINQUENT
LIQUIOR LICENSE FINES TO THE HENNEPIN COUNTY
AUDITOR FOR COLLECTION IN 1997
WHEREAS, the City Council at their May 7, 1996 City Council meeting fined Bruce
Turner $ 750 for violations of the of the City's Liquor License Ordinance;
WHEREAS, the accounting records of the City of Medina this list account as being
delinquent; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Turner has been notified of the delinquency;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota to direct the Hennepin County Auditor to place upon the tax rolls for taxes
payable in 1997 the delinquent account reference by PIN Number 12-118-23-23-0007 the
amount of $750, at an interest rate of 15 percent.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Mayor Theis and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Johnson, Ferris, Mayor Theis, and Thies.
and the following voted against: None Absent: Zietlow
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted this 19 day of
November, 1996.
