Mayor Chavez called the Special Meeting to order at 7 :06a .m .

Mayor Pro Tern Yu made a motion to excuse Councilmember Sternquist and
Councilmember Man for cause . Seconded by Councilmember Fish.

and Senior Community Preservation Officer Tran
