Mayor Chavez called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:16p.m. in the
Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.

Councilmember Fish made a motion to excuse Councilmember Yu. Seconded by
Councilmember Sternquist
Councilmember Yu joined the Closed Session at 6:23 p.m.

a briefing from City Attorney on Closed Session Item 48, Potential Litigation.
