MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 9, 2015
RECOMMENDATION:
The City Council is requested to receive and file the Transportation and Public Safety
Commission (Commission) actions from their meeting of September 9 , 2015 .
BACKGROUND:
On September 9 , 2015, the Commission held th e ir regularly scheduled meeting .
ANALYSIS:
Following is a summary of actions taken at the September 9 , 2015 meeting:
1 . ROLL CALL:
Present: Commissione r-Blatt, Chairman Clift , Vice Chairman Nimri , Redmond
Absent: Commiss ioner-None
Excused: Commissioner-Stratis
2 . APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Commission approved the minutes of thei r August 26 , 2015 meeting .

3. PARKING CITATION HEARINGS
The Commission held two hearings in person and upheld the citations .
The Commission held one hearing requested by written declaration and upheld the
citation .
CONCLUSION:
The City Council is requested to receive and file this report.

This item does not have an impact on the Fiscal Year 2015-16 City Budget.
