MINUTES
NOVEMBER 3, 1992
INITIATION:
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Pursuant to the Agenda posted October 30, 1992, Chairman McGowan called the meeting of the Temple
City Redevelopment Agency to order at 9:25 p.m. on Tuesday, November 3, 1992.
2. ROLL CALL:
PRESENT: Members Breazeal, Budds, Wilson and McGowan
ABSENT: Member Manning
ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director Ovrom, General Counsel Martin and Assistant Executive
Director Dawson
Mr. Budds moved to excuse Mrs. Manning's absence for cause, seconded by Mrs. Wilson and unanimously
carried.
3. TIME FOR THOSE IN THE AUDIENCE WHO WISH TO SPEAK: NONE
4. CONSENT CALENDAR:
Mr. Breazeal moved to approve the Consent Calendar as presented, seconded by Mr. Budds and
unanimously carried.
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - 1) Regular Meeting of October 20, 1992
2) Special meeting of October 20, 1992
Approved the minutes from the regular meeting of October 20, 1992, and the special meeting of
October 20, 1992 as submitted.
B. PARKING LOT LEASE AGREEMENT CRA/CITY OF TEMPLE CITY RENTAL AGREEMENT -
Approved payment on behalf of the Agency for semi - annual payment of parking Lease Revenue
Bonds in the amount of $151,427.50.
B. RESOLUTION NO. CRA 92 -494: APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF BILLS -
Adopted Resolution No. CRA 92 -494 approving claims and demands in the amount of $152,747.50.

At 9:27 p.m., it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried to adjourn. The next regular meeting of
the Temple City Redevelopment Agency will be held on Tuesday, November 17, 1992.
