Home My Public Portal About1996-064Member Zietlow introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 64 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK -TREASURER'S ENDORSEMENT OF STOCK CERTIFICATES PAYABLE TO HAMEL LEGION PARK WHEREAS, the City Clerk -Treasurer has been delegated the authority to manage the City's financial affairs under the supervision of the City Council, and WHEREAS, the Hamel Legion Park is a City Park, and WHEREAS, Hamel Legion Park may from time to time receive donations in the form of stock, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Medina to authorize the City Clerk -Treasurer, Paul Robinson, to endorse stock certificates payable to the Hamel Legion Park.
