CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 96-66
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL OF THE PLAT
FOR HENNEPIN COUNTY
WHEREAS, Hennepin County (the "Applicant") has requested approval of a plat of
property containing approximately 146 acres and located in the southwest quadrant of T.H. 55
and Arrowhead Drive; and
WHEREAS, preliminary approval has previously been given for the proposed plat; and
WHEREAS, the city council has reviewed the final plat for its compliance with city
ordinances and with the terms and conditions of preliminary approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota that final approval for the plat of the Applicant's property is hereby granted, subject
to the following conditions:
1. The Applicant must pay to the city an administrative fee in an amount necessary
to reimburse the city for its expenses in reviewing this application; and
2. The Applicant must file the final plat of record within 60 days of the date of this
resolution. If said plat is not placed of record within said time, the approval
hereby granted shall be null and void.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Thies and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Ferris, Johnson, Theis, Thies, and Zietlow
and the following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
