RESOLUTION NO. 93-91
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TRUCKEE RATIFYING AND APPROVING COUNTY
ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR COLLECTION OF PARCEL
CHARGES.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF TRUCKEE, CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS:
That a County Administrative Fee of .38 cents per parcel, plus a fixed
charge of $100.00 for each Town Special Service Area and Permanent Road
Division, is hereby ratified and approved for payment to the County of
Nevada for placement and collection on thc County tax roll for 1993-94 of
those parcel charges imposed by Resolution 93-86 of the Town Council of the
Town of Truckee on July 15, 1993.
The foregoing Resolution was introduced at a Regular Meeting of the
Council of the Town of Truckee, held on the 26th day of July, 1993, by
Council Member Cross who moved its adoption, which motion being duly
seconded by Council Member Botto was upon roll call carried and the
Resolution adopted by the following vote:
AYES: Council Members Cross, Botto, Aguera, Drake
and Mayor Eagan
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
