There will be a maximum 30-minute period for comments on any subject with a 3-minute time limit on each speaker, unless waived by Council. Recommendation: Approve. B. TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC SAFETY COMMISSION ACTIONS – MEETING OF OCTOBER 14, 2015 The City Council is requested to review the Transportation and Public Safety Commission actions of their meeting of October 14, 2015. Recommendation: Receive and file C. PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION ACTIONS – MEETING OF OCTOBER 21, 2015 The City Council is requested to review the Parks and Recreation Commission actions of their meeting of October 21, 2015. Recommendation: Receive and file. D. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTIONS – MEETING OF OCTOBER 27, 2015 The City Council is requested to review the Planning Commission actions of their meeting of October 14, 2015. FISCAL YEAR (FY) 2015-16 CITY BUDGET – FIRST QUARTER BUDGET AMENDMENTS Approval of the adjustments is necessary to ensure actual spending levels are within budgeted appropriations during the current fiscal year. Recommendation: Authorize staff to revise various budgeted appropriations for the FY 2015-16 City Budget. F. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 15-5129 APPROVING PAYMENT OF BILLS T he City Council is requested to adopt Resolution No. 15-5129 authorizing the paym ent of bills.
