WHEREAS, The Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the Richmond Sanitary District passed an annual budget for calendar year 2010 on September 23, 2009 and
WHEREAS, it has been determined it is now necessary to appropriate additional sums of money to certain funds as follows.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the Richmond Sanitary District that the additional appropriations are hereby approved for the funds as indicated:
1. Sewer Utility Fund $ 335,000.00
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of December 2010.
