Mayor Chavez called the City Council Meeting to order at 7 :00 p .m . in the Council
Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue , Temple City.
2. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Councilmember-Fish , Man , Yu , Chavez
ABSENT: Councilmember-Sternquist
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Cook, City Attorney Vail , City Clerk Kuo
Mayor Pro Tern Yu made a motion to excuse Councilmember Sternquist for cause.
Seconded by Councilmember Man .

City Council recessed to closed session at 7 :01 p .m . and reconvened at 7 :27 p .m .
with all members present.
City Attorney Vail reported that City Council met in Closed Session regard ing Item
4A relating to a design element installed on El Monte Avenue and directed staff to
remove it. There is no other reportable action .
5. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 7:29 p .m.
