1. CALL TO ORDER

Chairman Chavez called the Successor Agency to the Temple City Community
Redevelopment Agency Regular Meeting to order at 8 :01 p .m . in the Council
Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue , Temple City .
2. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Member-Fish, Man , Yu, Chavez
ABSENT: Member-Sternquist
ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director Cook, Agency Attorney Va il, Agency
Secretary Kuo
Vice Chair Yu made a motion to excuse Agency Member Sternquist for cause .
Seconded by Agency Member Fish .
3. CONSENT CALENDAR
Vice Chair Yu made a motion to approve the Consent Calendar . Seconded by
Agency Member Fish and carried by the following votes :

A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Successor Agency is requested to review and approve the Minutes of
the Regular Successor Agency to the Former Temple City Community
Redevelopment Agency meeting October 20, 2015 .
Action : Approved .
B. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 15-5130-SA -APPROVAL OF
PAYMENT OF BILLS
Successor Agency to the Former Temple City Community Redevelopment Agency

The Successor Agency is requested to adopt Resolution No. 15-5130-SA
authorizing payment of bills .
Action : Adopted Resolution No . 15-5130-SA.

6. COMMUNICATIONS
A. POTENTIAL REFINANCING OF TAX ALLOCATION BONDS
Administrative Services Director Hause gave an update regarding potential
refinancing of Successor Agency tax allocation bonds. Staff will bring an
item for City Council and Successor Agency consideration at the next
meeting on November 17.
