Regular meeting -
Council convened as a Board of Review.
Councilmen present, 1.1 L` Boeke- Neil Okones,-H B Hook
Gordon Junker- H.O.Heddens.
Neil Okones acted as Chairman and 11. 1.1 Boeke as
Secretary.
The books,of Assessor R W Poss,were reviewed and
assessments condidered.
The assessor -was directed to assess all vacant lots,
un-assessed to this year, at 9125.00 per lot.
- After the above canvass it was moved that the assessment
be approved.
There being; no other business the Board adjourned.

Council met in regular session, Mayor Vahlsing presidirg
and. all councilmen present.
Minutes of last meeting were read and on motion by
Heddem second by Junker approved as read- motion carried.
The Bond of Marshall was approved.
Treasurers report was received, read and ordered. placed on
file.
The following bills were presented, read and. on motion by
Hook second by Okones, ordered paid- motion carried.
