RESOLUTION NO. 15 -8903
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF OPA- LOCKA, FLORIDA, TRANSFERRING
ALL EXISTING CITY FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS FROM
WELLS FARGO & COMPANY TO CITY NATIONAL
BANK OF FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR
INCORPORATION OF RECITALS; PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City of Opa -locka is in the process of restoring the Historic City
Hall building; and
WHEREAS, City National Bank of Florida (CNB) was willing to assist the City
in this important endeavor; and
WHEREAS, in order to continue the excellent banking relationship which has
been established with City National Bank of Florida (CNB), the City wishes to transfer
all financial accounts to City National Bank of Florida (CNB) from Wells Fargo &
Company
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF OPA- LOCKA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble herein are incorporated by reference.
Section 2. The Opa -locka City Finance Department is directed to immediately
transfer all City accounts from Wells Fargo & Company to City National Bank of Florida
(CNB).
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
