1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Blum called the Successor Agency to the Temple City Community
Redevelopment Agency Regular Meeting to order at 10:09 p.m. in the Council
Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.
2. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Member-Sternquist, Vizcarra, Yu, Chavez, Blum
ABSENT: Member -None
ALSO PRESENT: Interim Executive Director/Administrative Services
Director Hause, Agency Attorney Vail, Agency Secretary
Kuo, Parks and Recreation Director Burroughs,
Community Development Director Forbes and Economic
Development Manager/Assistant to the City Manager

Agency member Sternquist made a motion to approve the Consent Calendar.
Seconded by Agency member Yu and unanimously carried by the following

A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Successor Agency is requested to review and approve the Minutes of
the Regular Successor Agency to the Former Temple City Community
Redevelopment Agency meeting August 19, 2014.
