SUBJECT: TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC SAFETY COMMISSION ACTIONS-
MEETING OF AUGUST 27, 2014
RECOMMENDATION:
The City Council is requested to receive and file the Transportation and Public Safety
Commission (Commission) actions from their meeting of August 27, 2014.
BACKGROUND:
On August 27, 2014, the Commission held their regularly scheduled meeting.
ANALYSIS:
Following is a summary of actions taken at the August 27, 2014 meeting:
1. ROLL CALL:

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Commission approved the minutes of their August 13, 2014 meeting.

3. PARKING CITATION HEARINGS
The Commission held two hearings in person, and dismissed the citations.
The Commission reviewed four hearings requested by written declaration, upheld
three citations, and dismissed one.
CONCLUSION:
The City Council is requested to receive and file this report.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This item does not have an impact on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2014-15 City Budget.
