MINUTES
OCTOBER 5, 1993
INITIATION:
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Pursuant to the Agenda posted October 1, 1993, Chairman Manning called the meeting of the Temple City
Redevelopment Agency to order at 12:04 a.m. on Tuesday, October 5, 1993.
2. ROLL CALL:
PRESENT: Member- Breazeal, McGowan, Wilson, Budds and Manning
ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director Ovrom, General Counsel Martin and Assistant Executive
Director Dawson
3. TIME FOR THOSE IN THE AUDIENCE WHO WISH TO SPEAK: NONE
4. CONSENT CALENDAR:
Mr. Breazeal moved to approve the Consent Calendar as presented, seconded by Mrs. McGowan and
unanimously carried.
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Regular meeting of September 21, 1993 -
Approved the minutes from the regular meeting of September 21, 1993 as submitted.
B. PARKING LOT LEASE AGREEMENT CRA/CITY OF TEMPLE CITY LEASE AGREEMENT -
Approved payment on behalf of the Agency for semi - annual payment of parking Lease Revenue
Bonds in the amount of $151,270.74.
C. RESOLUTION NO. CRA 93 -521: WARRANTS & DEMANDS
Adopted Resolution No. CRA 93 -521 allowing claims and demands in the amount of $9,591.00.

At 12:05 a.m., it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried to adjourn. The next regular meeting of
the Temple City Community Redevelopment Agency will be held on Tuesday, October 19, 1993.
