Item 1: Minutes from March Meeting:
Motion to accept as submitted: Ezat Parnia; Second: Molly Lukason.

Item 2: Personnel Bylaw Prep for Town Meeting
Discussion, no vote taken.
Item 3: Medicare and Chapter 18
The Board of Selectmen decided not to push for accepting Chapter 18 until
the Fall Town Meeting. Human Resources will work to do an actuarial
study on the benefits of adopting Chapter 18 to present to the BOS. If the
BOS choose to adopt Chapter 18 at Fall Town Meeting, HR will provide
information and education to the Hopkinton Retirees prior to the meeting.
Item 4: Town Manager Transition Update

Item 5: Personnel Committee Appointments
Molly Lukason will not be seeking reappointment to the Personnel
Committee and will let her current term expire on June 30, 2009. Maryrose
submitted news of the vacancy to Geri Holland for filing.
