Mayor Chavez called the Special City Council meeting to order at 6:06 p.m.

Public Safety Supervisor Ariizumi, and Executive
Assistant to the City Manager Corella

4. DISCUSSION ITEM
A PROPOSED FISCAL YEAR (FY) 2015-16 CITY BUDGET
City Manager Cook gave a brief introduction of the proposed FY 2015-16
City Budget (City Budget).
Administrative Services Director Hause gave updates and overview of the
proposed city budget.
Staff and Captain Jacob (Temple Sheriff's Station) gave presentations on
departmental and program budget. ·
City Council discussed and commented regarding the proposed FY 2015-
16 City Budget.
City Council recessed the Special Budget Study Session to the Regular
City Council meeting at 7:30 p.m.
Presentations by staff were completed as "Unfinished Business" at the
Regular City Council meeting.

B. FISCAL DIAGNOSTIC TOOL
Demonstrations of the Fiscal Diagnostic Tool were completed as
"Unfinished Business" at the Regular City Council meeting. Administrative
Services Director Hause used the Fiscal Diagnostic Tool to show what the
city budget would look like based on changes to projected revenues and
expenses over time.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 11:06 p.m.
