WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of Moab, at their regular
City Council meeting of April 19, 1977 adopted this resolution whereby
the City does agree to inspect and clean, if necessary on a regular basis,
preferably annually, the White Canyon Dam with the anticipation of
definate cleaning at least every ten years.
WHEREAS, upon explanation of the proposed agreement, the Moab
City Council unanimously adopted the proposed agreement as presented.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the minutes of the meeting
held April 19, 1977, by, and the same are hereby ordered to show the
adoption of this agreement as presented to the Mayor and City Council.
Passed this 19th day of April, 1977.
