RESOLUTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION
WHEREAS, Section 8 of thc Open Public Mectings Act, Chapter 231 P.L. 1975,
permits the exclusion of the public fi'om a meeting in certain circumstances; and
WHEREAS, this public body is of tile opinion that such circumstances presently
exists;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as follows:
The public shall be excluded from attending, discussing or participating
in thc hereinafter specified subject matters.
The general nature of the subject matter to be discusscd is as follows:
Liti~a[ion, Personnel Matters and Grievances
It is anticipated al this time that the above stated subject matter will be
made public.
Upon conclusion of matters.
4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
