RESOLUTION NO. 15 -8913
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF OPA- LOCKA, FLORIDA, INSTRUCTING
THE CITY MANAGER TO CONDUCT A REVIEW OF
RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL FEES, LICENSES,
AND TAXES, AND PROVIDE RECOMMENDATIONS
FOR A REVISED FEE SCHEDULE; PROVIDING FOR
INCORPORATION OF RECITALS; PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Opa -locka desires the City Manager to
conduct a review into residential, commercial fee, licenses, and taxes; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager shall provide to the City Commission recommendations to
revise or restructure the fee schedule.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF OPA- LOCKA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble herein are incorporated by reference.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Opa- locka, directs and instructs the
City Manager to conduct a review of residential and commercial fees, licenses, and taxes, and
provide recommendations for a revised fee schedule to be completed within forty -five (45) days.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
