HomeMy Public PortalAbout1997-020Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO.97-20 RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL TO GLEN LINCOLN PARTNERS FOR MEDINA INDUSTRIAL 4TH ADDITION WHEREAS, Glen Lincoln Partners (the "Applicant") is the owner of property legally described as Lot 1, Block 2 and Lot 2, Block 2, Medina Industrial Addition, the ("Subject Property"); and WHEREAS, the Applicant wishes to replat the Subject Property as Lot 1, Block 1 Medina 4th Addition; and WHEREAS, on June 3, 1997, the city council reviewed the preliminary plat for its conformance with the ordinances and requirements of the city. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that preliminary approval be granted to the Applicant for the plat of Medina Industrial 4th Addition, subject to the following conditions: 1. The final plat must be in conformance with the preliminary plat, except as required by this resolution; 2. The final plat must provide for the easements required by the city engineer; 3. The Applicant must submit title evidence to the city attorney for review in order to determine the parties necessary to sign the plat; 4. The final plat must be submitted to the zoning administrator within 180 days of the date of the approval of this resolution or an extension of such time must be granted by the city council prior to its expiration; and 5. The Applicant must pay to the city an administrative fee an amount necessary to reimburse the city for its expenses in reviewing this application.
