TEMPLE CITY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
MINUTES
DECEMBER 21, 1993
INITIATION:
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Pursuant to the Agenda posted December 17, 1993, Chairman Manning called the meeting of the
Temple City Redevelopment Agency to order at 8:52 p.m. on Tuesday, December 21, 1993.
2. ROLL CALL:
PRESENT: Member- Breazeal, McGowan, Wilson, Budds and Manning
ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director Ovrom, General Counsel Martin and Special Counsel
Parrington
3. TIME FOR THOSE IN THE AUDIENCE WHO WISH TO SPEAK: NONE
4. CONSENT CALENDAR:
Mr. Breazeal moved to approve the Consent Calendar as presented, seconded by Mrs. McGowan
and unanimously carried.
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1) Regular meeting of December 7, 1993
2) Joint City Council/Agency special meeting of
November 30, 1993
Approved the minutes from the regular meeting of December 7, 1993 and the Minutes
from the Joint City Council/Agency special meeting of November 30, 1993, as submitted.
B. 1992 -93 AGENCY AUDIT REPORT -
Received and file.
C. RESOLUTION NO. CRA 93 -531: WARRANTS & DEMANDS
Adopted Resolution No. CRA 93 -531 allowing claims and demands in the amount of
$299,954.50.
5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
A. A SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE ROSEMEAD BOULEVARD REDEVELOPMENT
PLAN TO INCREASE THE AMOUNT OF TAX INCREMENT REVENUE ALLOCATED
TO THE AGENCY TO FUND LOW AND MODERATE INCOME HOUSING
OBLIGATIONS -
Special Counsel Parrington provided background information as outlined in the staff
report dated December 7, 1993.
Mr. Breazeal moved to adopt Resolution No. CRA 93 -532 requesting the City Council
adopt an urgency ordinance approving the Second Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan
for the Rosemead Boulevard Redevelopment Project, A RESOLUTION OF THE
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
APPROVING AND SUBMITTING A PROPOSED SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE
REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE ROSEMEAD BOULEVARD REDEVELOPMENT
PROJECT, seconded by Mrs. Wilson and unanimously carried with a roll call vote.

6. NEW BUSINESS:
A. TEMPLE CITY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ANNUAL REPORT FOR
JULY 1, 1992 TO JUNE 30, 1993 -
Mr. Breazeal moved to accept the Annual Report for filing with the City Council, the
California Department of Housing and Community Development and the Office of the
State Controller and adopt Resolution No. CRA 93 -529, A RESOLUTION OF THE
TEMPLE CITY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING THE
ANNUAL REPORT, seconded by Mrs. McGowan and unanimously carried.
7. COMMUNICATIONS: NONE
8. MATTERS FROM AGENCY MEMBERS: NONE
9. ADJOURNMENT:
At 9:05 p.m., it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried to adjourn. The next regular
meeting of the Temple City Community Redevelopment Agency will be held on Tuesday,
January 4, 1994.
