CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.97-23
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL TO
GLEN LINCOLN PARTNERS FOR MEDINA INDUSTRIAL
4TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, Glen Lincoln Partners (the "Applicant") is the owner of property legally
described as Lot 1, Block 2 and Lot 2, Block 2, Medina Industrial Addition, (the "Subject Property");
and
WHEREAS, the Applicant wishes to replat the Subject Property as Lot 1, Block 1 Medina
Industrial 4th Addition; and
WHEREAS, on June 17, 1997, the city council granted preliminary approval to the plat of
Medina Industrial 4th Addition; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant has requested final approval of the plat.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota that final approval be granted to the Applicant for the plat of Medina Industrial 4th
Addition, subject to the following conditions:
1. The final plat must be recorded with Hennepin County within 60 days of the date of the
approval of this resolution or the approval hereby granted shall be considered null and void; and
2 The Applicant must pay to the city an administrative fee an amount necessary to
reimburse the city for its expenses in reviewing this application.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Zietlow
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Ferris, Hamilton, Johnson, Thies and Zietlow
and the following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
