CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.97-23a
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY REPORT
REGARDING CSAH 101 WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution adopted on June 3, 1997, a report has been
prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, the city's consulting engineer, with
regard to construction of water main improvements generally in the northwest quadrant of the
intersection of T.H. 55 and CSAH 101.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota as follows:
1. The report, entitled "Preliminary Report on CSAH 101 Water Main Improvement" is hereby
accepted.
2. The council will hold a public hearing on the proposed public improvement at 8:00 p.m. on July
1, 1997 in the council chambers at Medina city hall.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Hamilton
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Ferris, Hamilton, Johnson, Thies, and Zietlow
and the following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
