HomeMy Public PortalAbout1997-027Member Ann Thies introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. 97-27 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL TO SCOTT BAKER FOR SCOTT BAKER ASSOCIATES ADDITION WHEREAS, Scott Baker (the "Applicant") is the owner of property legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto (the "Subject Property"); and WHEREAS, the Applicant wishes to plat the Subject Property as Lot 1, Block 1 and Outlots A and B, Baker Associates Addition; and WHEREAS, on June 10, 1997 the planning commission and on July 1, 1997 the city council reviewed the plat for its conformance with the ordinances and requirements of the city. NOW, 'THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that final approval be granted to the Applicant for the plat of Scott Baker Associates Addition, subject to the following conditions: 1. The Applicant must convey Outlot A to the owner of the adjacent Dairy Queen property and Outlot B to the owner of the adjacent Holiday property; 2. The final plat must be recorded with Hennepin County within 60 days of the date of the approval of this resolution. If the final plat is not recorded within said period of time, the approval hereby granted shall be null and void; and 3. The Applicant must pay to the city an administrative fee an amount necessary to reimburse the city for its expenses in reviewing this application. Dated: August 5, 1997 ATTEST- _.
