APRIL 19 1994
INITIATION:
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Pursuant to the Agenda posted April 14, 1994, Chairman Budds called the meeting of the Temple
City Redevelopment Agency to order at 8:09 p.m. on Tuesday, April 19, 1994.
2. ROLL CALL:
PRESENT: Member- Gillanders, Souder, Wilson Breazeal and Budds
ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director Ovrom, General Counsel Martin and Assistant
Executive Director Dawson
A. REORGANIZATION OF AGENCY:
Vice - Chairman Breazeal moved to approve the appointment of the new Mayor and Mayor
Pro Tem as Chairman and Vice Chairman, respectively, pursuant to the Temple City
Redevelopment Agency By -Laws, seconded by Mr. Souder and unanimously carried.
B. CONVENE AS NEW AGENCY:
Vice - Chairman Breazeal moved to adopt Resolution No. CRA 94 -540, A RESOLUTION
OF THE TEMPLE CITY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ADOPTING A
RULE OF PARLIAMENTARY PROCEDURE, seconded by Mr. Souder and unanimously
carried.
Vice - Chairman Breazeal moved to adopt Resolution No. CRA 94 -541, A RESOLUTION
OF THE TEMPLE CITY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ESTABLISHING
A "CONSENT CALENDAR" AGENDA, seconded by Mr. Souder and unanimously carried.
3. TIME FOR THOSE IN THE AUDIENCE WHO WISH TO SPEAK: NONE
4. CONSENT CALENDAR:
Vice - Chairman Breazeal moved to approve the Consent Calendar as presented, seconded by Mrs.
Wilson and unanimously carried.
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Regular meeting of April 5, 1994
Approved the minutes from the regular meeting of April 5, 1994, as submitted, with Mr.
Gillanders, Mr. Souder and Mr. Breazeal abstaining, seconded by Mr. Budds.
B. APPROVAL OF FIREWORKS PERMITS 1994 -
Approved fireworks permits for the 1994 season which are located in the Rosemead
Boulevard Redevelopment Project Area.
C. RESOLUTION NO. 94 -542: WARRANTS & DEMANDS -
Adopted Resolution No. CRA 94 -542 allowing claims and demands in the amount of
$24,210.15.

At 8:10 p.m., it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried to adjourn. The next regular
meeting of the Temple City Community Redevelopment Agency will be held on Tuesday, May 3,
1994.
