CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 97-30
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL TO A PLAT
FOR WESLEY G. SCHROEDER AND DIANE L.
SCHROEDER
WHEREAS, Wesley G. Schroeder and Diane L. Schroeder (the "Applicants") are the owners
of property located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, legally described as follows:
The north 770 feet of the east half of the southwest quarter of Section 17, Township
118, Range 23, according to the government survey thereof (the 'Property"); and
WHEREAS, the Applicants wish to subdivide the Property into two parcels; and
WHEREAS, the matter was reviewed by the planning commission at its meeting on May 13,
1997 and by the city council at its meeting on June 3, 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota that final approval be given to the plat submitted by the Applicants, subject to the following
terms and conditions:
1. The Applicants understand and acknowledge that any animal structure which may be
built in the future must meet the ordinances in place at the time of its construction;
2. The Applicants must pay a park dedication fee in the amount of $3,100 for Lot 2;
3. The driveway for Lot 2 must be located in the southeast corner of the parcel where it
intersects County Road 19;
4. The Applicants must pay to the city an administrative fee in an amount equal to the
cost to the city of reviewing this application; and
5. The Applicants must file the final plat with Hennepin County within 60 days of the date
of this resolution. Thereafter, the approval hereby granted shall be considered null and
void.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Hamilton and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof
Ferris, Hamilton, Johnson, and Thies
