TEMPLE CITY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
MINUTES
JUNE 7, 1994
INITIATION:
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Pursuant to the Agenda posted June 3, 1994, Chairman Budds called the meeting of the Temple
City Redevelopment Agency to order at 8:36 p.m. on Tuesday, June 7, 1994.
2. ROLL CALL:
PRESENT: Member- Gillanders, Souder, Wilson, Breazeal and Budds
ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director /General Counsel Martin and Assistant Executive
Director Dawson
3. TIME FOR THOSE IN THE AUDIENCE WHO WISH TO SPEAK: NONE
4. CONSENT CALENDAR
Vice Chairman Breazeal moved to approve the Consent Calendar as presented, seconded by Mr.
Souder and unanimously carried.
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Regular meeting of May 17, 1994
Approved the minutes from the regular meeting of May 17, 1994, as submitted.
B. RESOLUTION NO. CRA 94 -545: WARRANTS & DEMANDS
Adopted Resolution No. CRA 94 -545 allowing rlaims and demands in the amount of
$1,222.50.
5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: NONE
6. NEW BUSINESS:
A. PUBLIC HEARING: PROPOSED BUDGET FISCAL YEAR 1994 -95 -
Interim Executive Director Martin presented the background information as outlined in
the staff report dated June 7, 1994.
Vice Chairman Breazeal moved to continue adoption of the CRA Fiscal Year 1994 -95
Budget to June 21, 1994, seconded by Mrs. Wilson and unanimously carried.
7. COMMUNICATIONS: NONE
8. MATTERS FROM AGENCY MEMBERS: NONE
9. ADJOURNMENT:
At 8:38 p.m., it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried to adjourn. The next regular
meeting of the Temple City Community Redevelopment Agency will be held on Tuesday, June 21,
1994.
