The Wellsburg Town Council met in special session on March 24, 1975,
with Mayor Hippen presiding and Councilmen Huisman, Cordes, Fairbanks,
and Yan Deest present.
Purpose of the meeting was to consider proposed increases in in-
surance coverage on all town property as recommended by the State
Insurance Bureau. Increased coverage was adopted on a motion by
Fairbanks, seconded by Van Deest.

Ayes -Cordes, Huisman, Fairbanks, Van Deest
Nays -None Absent -Heinrich Motion Carried.
Meeting was closed on a motion by Huisman secon�d by Cordes.

The Wellsburg Town Council met in re armsession on April 7,
1975, with Mayor Hippen presiding and a 1 councilmen present.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved on a
motion by Fairbanks, seconded by Cordes. Carried.
Heinrich moved, Van Deest seconded allowance of the following

Moved by Huisman, 2nd by Cordes to employ Walter
Block as
manager for the months of June, July, and August at
