A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED TO THE REAR OF 2301 CHESTER BOULEVARD, RICHMOND, INDIANA
WHEREAS, the zoning map designates and describes as r-2 One Family Residence District the property located to the rear of 2301 Chester Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to change the zoning designation to C-2 Commercial District;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designation of the property described below, is hereby changed to C-2 Commercial
District:
A part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 14 North, Range 1 West, and bounded and described as follows: Commencing at a point in the west line of the Southwest Quarter
of Section 21, Township 14 North, Range 1 West, 5.0 rods south of the northwest corner of said quarter section, and running thence east 80.0 rods; thence south 5.0 rods; thence west
80.0 rods to the west line of said quarter section, thence north 5.0 rods to the place of beginning, containing 2.5 acres, more or less.
Passed and adopted this 4th day of January, 1999, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
