CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 97- 37
RESOLUTION GRANTING A PERMIT TO
NORTHERN STATES POWER COMPANY
FOR INSTALLATION OF ELECTRICAL CABLE
AND EQUIPMENT AND STREET LIGHTS
WHEREAS, Northern States Power Company has made an application to the city requesting
permission to install underground electric cable and equipment and street lights on a portion
of Medina Lake Road up Foxberry Drive, including Foxberry Circle, to Hackamore Road;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said application be approved in accordance
with the plans and specifications submitted, subject to the following conditions:
1. The street and right of way shall be restored to its original condition upon completion of
installation and applicant shall be liable for settlement or other damage caused by said
installation for a period of one year following completion.
2. All utilities shall be placed in the utility easement using a joint trench.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Zietlow
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Ferris, Hamilton, Johnson, Thies, and Zietlow
and the following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
