RESOLUTION NO. 15 -8933
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF OPA- LOCKA, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE FOR AND PURCHASE
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 14275 NW 21s' COURT, OPA-
LOCKA, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR INCORPORATION OF
RECITALS; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the property at 14275 NW 218` Court, Opa -locka is available for purchase;
WHEREAS, the City has determined that the property would be useful, providing
additional access to City -owned property and Ingram Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF OPA- LOCKA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble herein are incorporated by reference.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Opa -locka hereby directs and
authorizes the City Manager to negotiate for the purchase of property located at 14275 NW 21 s`
Court, Opa- locka, Florida, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit "A ", subject to
final approval by the City Commission.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
