RESOLUTION NO. 15 -8934
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF OPA- LOCKA, FLORIDA, DIRECTING THE CITY
MANAGER TO DEVELOP A PROCESS FOR THE SALE OF
SURPLUS CITY PROPERTY; PROVIDING FOR
INCORPORATION OF RECITALS; PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City of Opa -locka owns a substantial amount of surplus property not
needed by the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires the City Manager to develop a process to sell the
surplus property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF OPA- LOCKA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble herein are incorporated by reference.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Opa- locka, directs the City Manager
to develop a process for the sale of City's surplus property and presents that process to the City
Commission for approval.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
