TEMPLE CITY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
MINUTES
OCTOBER 4, 1994
INITIATION:
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Pursuant to the Agenda posted September 29, 1994, Chairman Budds called the meeting of the
Temple City Redevelopment Agency to order at 8:28 p.m. on Tuesday, October 4, 1994.
2. ROLL CALL: -
PRESENT: Member - Souder, Wilson, Breazeal and Budds
ABSENT: Member - Gillanders
ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director Riley, General Counsel Martin and Assistant Executive
Director Dawson
Vice Chairman Breazeal moved to excuse Mr. Gillanders for cause, seconded by Mr. Souder and
unanimously carried.
3. TIME FOR THOSE IN THE AUDIENCE WHO WISH TO SPEAK: NONE
4. CONSENT CALENDAR:
Vice Chairman Breazeal moved to approve the Consent Calendar as presented, seconded by Mr.
Souder and unanimously carried.
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Regular meeting of September 20, 1994
Approved the minutes from the regular meeting of September 20, 1994, as submitted.
B. RESOLUTION NO. CRA 94 -558: WARRANTS & DEMANDS
Adopted Resolution No. CRA 94 -558 allowing claims and demands in the amount of
$13,614.75.

At 8:29 p.m., it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried to adjourn. The next regular
meeting of the Temple City Community Redevelopment Agency will be held on Tuesday, October
18, 1994.
