MINUTES
DECEMBER 6, 1994
INITIATION:
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Pursuant to the Agenda posted December 2, 1994, Chairman Budds called the meeting of the
Temple City Redevelopment Agency to order at 8:24 p.m. on Tuesday, December 6, 1994.
2. ROLL CALL:
PRESENT: Member - Gillanders, Souder, Wilson, Breazeal and Budds
ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director Riley, General Counsel Martin and Assistant Executive
Director Dawson
3. TIME FOR THOSE IN THE AUDIENCE WHO WISH TO SPEAK: NONE
4. CONSENT CALENDAR:
Mr. Souder moved to approve the Consent Calendar as presented, seconded by Vice Chairman
Breazeal and unanimously carried.
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Regular meeting of November 15, 1994
Approved the Minutes from the regular meeting of November 15, 1994, as submitted.
B. RESOLUTION NO. CRA 94 -563: WARRANTS & DEMANDS
Adopted Resolution No. CRA 94 -563 allowing claims and demands in the amount of
$141,625.75.
5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: NONE
6. NEW BUSINESS:
A. 1993 -94 AGENCY AUDIT REPORT -
Executive Director Riley presented the background information as outlined in the staff
report dated December 6, 1994.
Vice Chairman Breazeal moved to receive and file the 1993 -94 Agency Audit Report,
seconded by Mr. Souder and unanimously carried.
B. TEMPLE CITY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ANNUAL REPORT FOR
JULY 1, 1993 TO JUNE 30, 1994 -
Executive Director Riley presented the background information as outlined in the staff
report dated December 6, 1994.
Vice Chairman Breazeal moved to adopt Resolution No. CRA 94 -564, A RESOLUTION
OF THE TEMPLE CITY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING
THE ANNUAL REPORT, seconded by Mrs. Wilson and unanimously carried.

9. ADJOURNMENT:
At 8:28 p.m., it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried to adjourn. The next regular
meeting of the Temple City Community Redevelopment Agency will be held on Tuesday, December
20, 1994.
