CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 97-44
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY REPORT REGARDING
THE MOHAWK DRIVE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to council direction, the city engineer has prepared a report regarding
the feasibility of improving Mohawk Drive to city standards between T.H. 55 and the northern limits of
the city; and
WHEREAS, the engineer's report was presented to the council on September 16, 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, that the feasibility report on the improvement of Mohawk Drive is hereby accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Zietlow and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Ferris, Hamilton, Johnson, Thies, and Zietlow
and the following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
