ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
19-401, (STREETS AND HIGHWAYS), SCHEDULE (J), (PARKING PROHIBITED),
SUBPARAGRAPH(A),OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, PERTAINING TO
PORTIONS OF SKY VIEW DRIVE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401, (Streets and Highways), Schedule J, (Parking
Prohibited), Subparagraph (a), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby
amended by the addition of portions of Sky View Drive, as follows:
Sky View Drive:on the north side thereof,within 135 feet of the west edge of pavement
of City View Drive
Sky View Drive:on the south side thereof,within 120 feet of the west edge of
pavement of City View Drive.

Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
