NOW, THEREFbRE,. BE IT RESOLVED, that the Director of

Public Works of the City of Lynwood is authorized and directed to
, - submit'�Request For Allocation.of Funds to the Public Utilities �
Commission to make an allocation .to the City of Lynwood from the
� Crossing Prote.etion Fund in the maximum 'amount of $6,200, such�
allocation, howe.ver, not to exceed one-half of the actual cost of
the City of Lynwood's_ share of_the costs of.�constructing protection
at the crossing of the tr.acks of Southern Pacific Transportation
